Shipping & Returns

Please note: All returns require a return authorization from the vendor. If you are dissatisfied with your product, please notify us as soon as possible for a resolution.

1. If you wish to cancel your order:

1. you can notify us by email to before we have dispatched the goods to you;
or

2. where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.

2. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, after return approval. The costs of returning goods to us is at your own expense.
3. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
4. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -

1. in the event that the product has been used.
2. to any products that we have made or customized specifically for you
3. any product in which the return has not been authorized by our warehouse
4. any refused merchandise
   

The provisions of this clause 4 do not affect your statutory rights.

If you choose to return any purchased merchandise, it will be sent back to your shipping address until a return authorization is approved. We are not responsible for any refused merchandise while it is in transit after the initial shipping of the product.
